Septic design and stormwater design — more site-design tools as they are ready

See what the site allows. Then get a design a reviewer can check.

7 Cloud Engineering prepares site-specific designs for permit review and publishes the criteria behind the options. Septic and stormwater are available now. Other design apps will be added only when they are actually usable.

A design app can narrow options. It does not replace soils, a survey, or the responsible professional.

Service area: [states or counties]. Responsible professional: [name, license type, license number].

What is live

Available now

Live

On-site septic design

A permit-oriented design for a system that treats and disperses wastewater on the property, based on soils, water table, setbacks, daily flow, and local health-department rules.

You receive the system type, layout, sizing basis, details, and a short account of why the other options were set aside.

Live

Stormwater design

A design for how rainfall is collected, conveyed, treated, and released under the local drainage and water-quality rules.

You receive a drainage concept or permit-level set matched to the written scope, not a full site-civil package unless the agreement says so.

Need both? Say so at intake. We will write two scopes.

Room to grow

What this practice is set up to add

The homepage is organized as a list, not a slogan. A new design service is added here when we can prepare it under our license and a defined scope. A new design app is added in the next section when it can take real site inputs and show its limits. Until then, it is not offered.

Item Status What a visitor can do
On-site septic design Live Request a scope

Next: Further site-design services and apps will appear in this list when they are ready to use. We do not take deposits for a tool that is not live.

Design apps

Design apps

Apps on this site are for exploring options and criteria. They are not permit drawings. A result is a starting point for a scoped design, or a way to see why a concept fails, not a document you can submit.

Live

On-site septic design

What it asks for: the site inputs the septic desk uses: soils, flow, setbacks, and the local health-department criteria.

What it returns: the options that still fit, the criteria that removed the others, and what a designer still has to verify.

What it does not do: check a soil log, size a final system, or produce a sealed plan.

Open the septic app

Live

Stormwater design

What it asks for: location, project type, areas, and the minimum requirements that apply, including any special local rule.

What it returns: the threshold check, a BMP sizing pass, and a draft report you can download and edit.

What it does not do: replace the site investigation or a report signed by the responsible professional.

Open the storm app

If an app and a professional design disagree, the site investigation and the applicable code govern. The app does not.

How a design is chosen

How a design is chosen

  1. 01
Site constraints. Soils, water table, setbacks, slopes, existing improvements, and what the survey and logs actually show.
  2. 02
The rule that applies. The health-department, drainage, or water-quality criteria for that jurisdiction, not a generic template.
  3. 03
Feasible options. The system types or drainage concepts the site and the rule still allow, and the ones they remove.
  4. 04
One recommended concept. A single concept you can react to, chosen under a written scope.
  5. 05
Plans and calculations. The drawings, sizing basis, and narrative a reviewer can check.

An app, when one is live, may help with the first three steps. Steps four and five stay with the responsible professional and a written scope.

We will not recommend a system type from a photo and a guess at the soils.

What you receive

What you receive

  • A written scope.
  • A missing-information list.
  • A concept you can react to.
  • Plans and calculations.
  • A design narrative.
  • Review revisions named in the agreement.

If you used a design app before hiring us, bring the inputs and the result. We will check them. We will not adopt them blindly.

Not included unless scoped: structural, roads, full site civil, staking, contractor selection, permit fees.
